Jeffrey Lewis (also very mellow)

Modest Mouse (just listen to them!)

Simon and Garfunkel (they're on the GS Soundtrack too)

Reply:i love The Academy Is... i saw them at Honda Civic Tour, and they were amazing. But Fall Out Boy is my all time favorite band, im really obsessed! my other favorites are Cobra Starship, Paramore, Flyleaf (sounds like Paramore), and Say Anything
Reply:Since you like Paramore, you might like Meg %26amp; Dia too. What I love about this band is that most of their songs are based off of books. For example, East Of Eden by John Steinbeck inspired their song "Monster," "Mary" by Vladimir Nabokov inspired their song "Tell Mary," and Indiana by George Sand inspired their song "Indiana." Meg %26amp; Dia have introduced me to lots of good books, so that's another bonus.

The Like is good too. They're also a bit like Paramore. I saw them open for Muse a while ago, and they're fantastic live, so if you ever get the chance to see them, do it. They have a few EPs out plus one album. I like the songs "Falling Away" and "June Gloom" a lot, but the whole album is pretty solid.

Daphne Loves Derby is one of my favorites right now. They just put out a new album earlier this year, called Good Night Witness Light, which I think is definitely their best so far, and it always puts me in a good mood. Check out the songs "Cue The Sun" and "Hopeless Love," and also "A Year On An Airplane."

And of course, Elliott Smith. Seriously download everything he's ever written, this guy is absolutely brilliant. My favorite album by far is Either/Or, but I can honestly say that he doesn't have one bad album.

Reply:Im a huge modest mouse and wolfparade and sunset rubdown fan. Im pretty big on the white stripes, smashing pumpkins, and built to spill. alos, sufjan stevens and elliot smith are up there.
Reply:The Shins are awesome. I've also been listening to some Iron %26amp; Wine lately, I plan on getting The Shepherd's Dog pretty soon. Anyway, if you like the Shins, you'll like Arcade Fire, Modest Mouse, Coldplay, and Death Cab For Cutie. I love all those bands, so you might too.
Reply:The new Coheed and Cambria album absolutely rules, just like all their albums have. No World for Tomorrow - go get it, it's a must-have. And grab Second Stage Turbine Blade, In Keeping Secrets of Silent Earth: 3, and Good Apollo, I'm Burning Star IV while you're at it. Ya won't be sorry.
Reply:I like alot of different bands really...

But am I most obssessed with

b. Panic! At The Disco

They are truly my favorite bands in the whole entire world!!!

Reply:Not really sure if you'd like it, probably not, since it's the heavy stuff, but as for me it's Metallica, I have all of their songs out of their major albums in the 80's (Kill 'Em All - Justice). =D
