It's a tiny bug, about 1/4 of an inch long. It's shaped sort of like a ladybug, but is this beautiful metallic blue color (it has a black underside). I've only seen them on oleander plants, and nowhere else. They're such pretty little bugs but I have no idea what they're called. Does anyone know? Thanks for your help!
